It also needs 13 additional deputies to form a fragile executive with 61 lawmakers.

The current ruling party is convinced it will form the new government, though for such a thing it needs a governing partner. Albin Kurti is still early to talk about coalition opportunities, since LVV leader is initially awaiting the Certificate of results.

The clearest in this regard is LVV's parliamentary group chief in the past legislature, Mimoza Kusari é Lila, who said LVV is not open to <x0-progressive coalition” or to “Pazare political”.

With over 22 per cent of the votes won, the Democratic Party of Kosovo emerged the second party on 9 February. The leader of this party, Memli Krasniqi, was given a category, rejecting any possibility of co-operation with LVV in the 9th legislature of the Kosovo Assembly.

In His Appreciation PDK and LVV don't match in almost “anything”, so according to him, The PDK does not coalition with the LVV either when it belongs to the prime minister's post.

On the contrary The PDK is aiming as the second party to work to form a government of opposition parties, in case the LVV fails to establish new institutions.

“As the second largest party we will take appropriate steps to implement the will of most voters. We will work to give citizens the government most have voted for. If the first party cannot form institutions, the opposition as the winner of these elections could make the new government”, said PDK candidate for prime minister Bedri Hamza, one day after the election process.

Categoric towards LVV was also shown the Democratic League of Kosovo, the party, which ranked third on February 9th, broadcasts albanianpost.

LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku, however, hinted that her party, with more than 17 per cent of the votes won, will not give the green “dride” nor a broad opposition coalition to form the next government.

“If the people decide to keep us in opposition, we will stay in the opposition”, he said.

Any possibility of co-operation with the first party has even dismissed the candidate for prime minister from the coalition ranks Alliance for the Future of Kosovo NISMA Social Democrats, Ramush Haradinaj.

In its assessment the new government must form opposition parties, since the majority has 52 mandates.

“has bilateral communication [with the opposition], there is no concrete advantage because there are constitutional deadlines, but I believe there is readiness to walk”, Haradinaj said.

Unlike Haradinaj, a more positive stance on the possibility of a coalition with LVV gave coalition partner Fatmir Limaj, who secured three deputies within the coalition.

Limaj made a cut declaring that NISMA's AAK, though competing within a coalition, are separate parties, and therefore do not need to vote the same.

Pointing to the national context, Limaj does not deny even the possibility of sitting at a table with Kurt to discuss co-operation opportunities.

“Who invites me to the table, I go down on the national theme”, he said.

For this open offer, the LVV still did not give an official stance, though Kusari éla said that in this case it is not enough just willingness.

“You need to discuss context issues”, she added.

But even with NISMAL votes, Kurt cannot form the government, he needs another 10 mandates that he can find in communities.

In this context against Kurti, Kosovo's current deputy prime minister, Emilia Rexhepi, who was re-elected as MP from the Bosniak community. She said her vote would be for a government formed by Albin Kurti.

“I am sure that Kurti will form Government, I am not one who changes character or principles overnight, to be deputy prime minister from the Bosniak community has not been practical, in that position has always been appointed to any of the Serb community”, she said.

Rexhepi was declared against any co-operation with the opposition.

“No, I don't go with the opposition”, she said confident.

Other communities' parties have not yet been declared for their positions against coalitions, while Kosovo has entered a complicated phase of forming institutions under critical circumstances of geopolitical changes.
