A car has been introduced into a crowd of people in the western German town of Manheim, causing human consequences, the newspaper “Mannheimer Morgen” reported on Monday, citing witnesses.
Local police said a police operation was under way in the centre of the city, without providing further details, reports news agency “Reuters”.
The incident occurred at the time when crowds gather in towns in regions including Rheinland -Pfalz for the parade for the carnival season note.
