K Institute Director IPRED, Lulzim Peci, during an interview on the “Click” show in RTV21, has stressed that Kosovo's main compromise in the dialogue process with Serbia is the delivery of a draft Association statute to the Constitutional Court and later its implementation.
According to Peci, besides the Association, another issue that needs to be negotiated is the status of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Kosovo.
The key compromise for Kosovo is to send association to the Constitutional Court and later implement it. Even one issue that needs to be negotiated is the issue of Orthodox Church status in Kosovo, these are the two key points required to be regulated on our part. And Serbia's compromise is to make a de facto recognition of Kosovo's independence at this stage”,Say Peci on Rtv21, broadcast Periscope.
