The survivors were rescued from a collapsed school building in the northern region of Sagaing, from which another body was found, Mianmar's fire service, writes BBC, broadcasts Periscope.
Hundreds of people remain missing, while search and rescue efforts are under way in both Myanmar and neighboring Thailand.
