The victims are Klodian Sahini, 33, and Fatbarda Sahin 55, who were traveling with the “Benz” when they crashed into a passenger van run by citizen Anesti Bufi.
Because of the very strong impact the “Benz” device has been badly damaged and the fire department needed to cut the vehicle and get the victims out of the car.
Presequently it is thought that the accident has been the moisture on the road that has affected the instability of the vehicles on the road, but experts also add that the vehicles have been moving rapidly anyway.
Aksi Elbasan-Peqi follows to take lives every day, despite ongoing media concerns and protests by residents, no move has been taken to increase security parameters on this road.
