For three months, Kosovars invested 32m euros in Albania

Although the government has expressed concern about the anonymous origin of foreign investors in Albania, statistics from the Bank of Albania show that the majority of investments -- 96 mln euros -- come from “confiential resources”. In a year, anonymous investments have increased by 43ml euros, writes Reporter, broadcast Periscope.
The Netherlands continues to top foreign investments in Albania, with 58 mln euros (+1 mln), followed by Turkey at 53m euros, but at a 3mn euro decline. The list continues with Italy with 52mm euros in investments (-3mln). A strong increase for the last three months is seen in investments from Kosovo to 32m euros, up from 22mm, which was the previous quarter of the year.
After a decline in the previous quarters, at the end of 2024, the Imobiliaar sector has experienced an increase in foreign investments by 22m euros, reaching the highest reported value.
81m euros of investments belong to the financial field and 31 information and communication. /Periscope/
