The Constitutional Court in Pristina has approved the Special Prosecutor's request of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK), assigning the detention measure to 30 days' length of spying suspect J.J.
Mirlinda Gashi, spokeswoman for this Court, has confirmed the news.
The detention measure, the suspect, was appointed by the judge of the preliminary procedure after holding the hearing.
Otherwise, the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) announced on Friday (February 28th 2025) that after conducting several months of investigations, in co-operation with the Kosovo Police Directorate Against Terrorism and the Kosovo Intelligence Agency in the Mitrovica region has arrested the spying suspect.
