The Foundation Court in Mitrovica, the Department for Criminal Crimes, has approved the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica, assigning the length of the month-long detention to B.D., suspected of killing his associate A.Z., in Vushtrri on Sunday (March 23rd).
According to Article 173, paragraph 1, subgraphy 1.5 of the Penal Code and “kept ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” from Article 366, paragraph 1 of the Penal Code.
The B.D. indictee's “Masa detention period, iúu has been set in length of 1 (a) month. Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica”, the report said.
Otherwise, Police spokesman for the Mitrovica region, Avni Zahiti, confirmed Sunday that the victim had been sent to Vushtrri Hospital, where his death was confirmed. /Periscopi/
