In a total of 21 locations in the Mitrovica region, in which 9 firearms were seized, 200 rounds, various ammunition, 15 mobile phones, 2 pairs of handcuffs, knives, gun barrels, weapons bills and 1 DVR.
For defendants B.H., I.P., and O.B., the request has been applied for the detention assignment due to the suspicion that co-ordination committed criminal acts “taskation from Article 328 paragraph 1 related to Article 31 of KPRK, as well as “Import, export, transport, transport, production, intermediation, or unauthorized sale of the weapons or explosives from<3th> to the 364th paragraph 31K
For defendants A.S., T.R., A.B., U.S., and N.R., the request has been applied for the detention assignment due to suspicion that they have committed criminal work” Import, export, supply, transport, production, transportation, exchange or unauthorized sale of weapons or explosive material from Article 364 paragraph 1 related to KPR,
The detention hearing for the eight defendants will be held today.
