Lipovica, since taking power from Vetevendosje, has held high positions in the Ministry of Commerce since the office of the U.d. secretary, and then was the chief chief, who was now officially appointed to the Government meeting after resulting as the most successful in the competition.
Lipovica on August 18th of 2023, under suspicion of stealing state reserves because in the quality of the U.d. secretary was allegedly involved in stealing spare grain. Having remained in custody for several days, the Court of Appeals had released him from custody to investigate him in freedom.
Lipovica was later released from office and was the secretary because she had paid a student's money education. After that decision, Lipovica was named head of the Agency of Discension, who was now officially appointed by government decision.
We remember, that Irfan Lipovica on August 18th of 1923, along with other officials Hafiz Gara and businessman Ridvan Muharremi, were arrested under suspicion of “misusing official task” and <x2-> helping to carry out the criminal act of abuse of official office”.
The Prosecutor's File on Lipovica said that there are allegations based on the fact that from February 2022, Pristina, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade of Kosovo, in the quality of the official person, with the overall deputy position, with the aim of profiting property for the other person and causing damage to the budget of the Republic of Kosovo, it has exceeded the prior legal authorisations for the position it has exercised.
According to the prosecution, full- knowledge Lipovica has allowed the open procedure of public procurement for the purchase of state reserves to be overlooked contrary to the legislation in power.
Lipovica, on February 25, 2022, as his file at the Prosecutor's Office explains, had addressed in the Government of Kosovo the request for the exclusion of regular procurement procedures, as well as the classification of this procedure as “Secret”. /Periscope/
