The head of the law, is there anyone who could use it?
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti just violated the law on Government, which has favoured most of it in the Assembly.
If a prime minister over the law, the government is called “iocracy” and masquerading as populism “pure” but pre-final, which does not apply the method and science, but only the popular consensus and the inner emotions of the ruling floor.
The state where sacred officials are above the law is described as a desired state or a stable state!
