Analyst Shkelzen Maliqi has shown possible scenarios for forming new institutions. Given the election outcome, he has not ruled out the formation of a Technical Government.
Maliqi has said that this government would be able to do some work dealing with dialogue with Serbia.
He has suggested that in this direction I should play its role even President Vjosa Osmani.
According to him, in the last year of its mandate, President Osmani can do a good job.
On the other hand, Maliqi has commented on the outcome of each political party.
