On Friday, the recount of 36 locations in which are the LDK's votes in the Vushtrri municipality have continued. Mitrovica's founding prosecutor is waiting for the CEC to hand over the vote figures in order to prove whether Rhezarta Krasniqi's complaints, which accused co-party Xhafer Tahiri of [...]

By Thursday the media have found it impossible to get inside the Counting and Results Centre.

The same situation was today, Friday.

Apart from the media that are not being allowed to be present within the CNR, Dukaagjini TV from good informed sources, has found that neither observers nor LDK commissionors are present in the vote count, ordered by the Prosecutor.

There were 60 recounts yesterday, while today there were 36 locations in the process.

All are recounted votes of the Democratic League (LDK) from all polling stations in the municipality of Vushtrri.

Even in the courtyard, but also in the face of the facility, members of the Kosovo Police are standing.

This process is being conducted by police and Prosecutorial investigators themselves.

By Mitrovica's Constitutional Prosecutor, they have said they are expecting an official report from the CEC discussing the results and votes, in order to have an assessment to see what further steps will be, including criminal investigations.

The prosecution on Wednesday gave orders to re-count LDK votes in the Vushtrri polling after candidate's complaint to MP Razarta Krasniqi, who accused co-party Xhafer Tahiri of vote manipulation

At a poll in Vushtrri, according to Krasniqi's testimony to the prosecution, Xhafer Tahiri has received more votes than, Lumir Abdijxhiku. There was also a suspicion of another decision.

Meanwhile, there has been no announcement or confirmation from the CEC that the counting process has been closed during the day and that when final results are expected to be announced.

The electoral panel for Ances and Versatres for TV Dukagji has indicated that they have accepted three complaints so far for counting the votes in the QNR. According to reports on the official page, all three complaints are from smaller parties, mainly from communities. 2 of the complaints were rejected as groundless, while the third was named invalid because it was submitted after the set deadline. /Dukagini/
