In these homazhe, Kurti said we mark today the 26th anniversary of the killing of four Morina family members: Feyzullah Morina and his three sons, the KLA soldier, Glorim Morina, as well as two children, Fidaim Morina and Shkelzen Morina.
Prime Minister Kurti recalled that 13 %s of those killed during the war in Kosovo have been children, remembering the fall of this massacre, 14-year-old Fidaim and Shkelzen 10 years old.
So almost every seventh in the last war of 1998/1999 has been children”, Kurti further stressed, the prime minister announced.
To better commemorate children killed throughout Kosovo, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, through the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, will raise the central memorial in honour and memory for all children killed during the war in Kosovo, so that beyond the dates of the unique cases and across the countries where all these children were killed across Kosovo, they can be remembered worthy of a common memorial.
THE eternal “be the memory of Feyzullah, Glory, Fidaim and Shkelzen Morina because without their blood, of all the martyrs and martyrs of our nation, Kosovo could not be freed, it could not be independent, and today we would not have the development of democracy”, Kurti said.
