Former Kosovo Ambassador to Washington Avni Spahiu has said of “KosovaPress” that country right at the time the country needs most lobbies in the United States that's missing, broadcasts Periscope.
At a moment when we need more than that, we lack lobeing in Congress. Congress has always been understanding towards Kosovo, even in the 1990s, when we experienced different threats and risks coming from Serbia, from a terrible regime.
And that's where everything started, we had lobby at the time from the community that continues to make efforts to get closer to the United States of America. I think right now is the time for us to intensify all these efforts, to try to return the full credibility we've had.”, Spahiu says.
