He stressed that as a citizen, if the prosecution has failed to take action after three months, it shows a shocked and weak system.
Koci added that if he or anyone else were in the investigators' positions, they would have given testimony regarding the police much earlier.
“As a citizen, if the prosecution has put itself in a situation where a person, a witness, can shake the entire system, then that's okay for the Prosecutor”.
Because if the prosecution is so weak that it can't get a witness for three months, then this system has to be shocked”.
