During the ceremony, the deputy commander thanked the Swiss contingent for its dedication, demonstrated professionalism and steadfast commitment to the KFOR mission.
“KFOR continues to implement its mandate based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all people and communities living in Kosovo and freedom of movement at any time and impartially. KFOR works in close co-ordination with Kosovo Police and EULEX (European Union for Rule of Law in Kosovo) in their respective roles as security responseors”.
