Lawyer Ardian Bajraktari gave a prediction when the trial process of KLA leaders in The Hague could be given epilogue.
He said this first-degree epilogue could be given within this year.
“Under normal circumstances , if we have a court that functions according to the law then after hearing the prosecution witnesses and the office for protection of the victims, the security measure would have to be reviewed, for the fact that the European Court has said any continuation of the detention measure should be argued precisely why it is ongoing and why such a measure is not successful.”, the lawyer said.
“Velrate that at least in legal view there is no condition to continue the detention measure after the end of this phase of procedure”, Bajraktari told Rtv21.
