An indictment against former director of a school in Prizren damaged the municipality's budget of over 3 thousand euros

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, the Department of Criminals, has filed charges against indictees I.B., due to the suspicion that the same had committed criminal acts “The use of official position or authority” by Article 414 par. 1 connected to par. P.“E.” for flower school greening and fidans in many of the $899.50, firm N.T.S. “Q.” for cleaning and maintenance of the school's peak at 980, so it has realised payments based on processes, without accepting operators' services from commission members who found out in the processes that are not their signatures, and not accepting these goods and services, which receive a lot of 3.86, causing damage to the budget. With these actions, the same has committed criminal work “Using official position or authority” according to the KPRK.

The director of one of the high schools in Prizren has forged official documents, in the way he has compiled and issued the document on behalf of members of the school commission who lacked the decision to be a member of the commission, signing the processes without the knowledge of the commission members, and that in the name of A.B., E.S., E.N., R.M., S.M., A.D., A.I., and D.B., where fees on the basis of these processes have been carried out for high operators without knowledge, and the commission members who have denied the needs of the school and services. With these actions, the same has committed criminal work “Falsification of office documents” according to KPRK.
