Incidents of fires in Ferizaj region, police with appeal for increased caution

Ferizaj's Regional Police appealed for increased caution from the fires.

Several fire incidents have been reported in the region last week, including Ferizaj, Kacanika, Shrpca, Shpeten and Elez's Hani”, at the Ferizaj Police report.

Ferizaj Regional Police said “is working devoted to preventing fires, co-ordinating activities with local institutions and relevant agencies”.

“Exactly, in the Ferizaj region, there are no active hearths or locations involved in fires. However, police appeal to citizens to show maximum care and avoid burning field spaces and forests, as the consequences may be severe and irreversible”, the report says.

Police say “will be uncompromising to anyone who, with intent or negligence, causes fire”.

“All persons who commit intentional fires or because of carelessness will be prosecuted”.

Police thanked citizens for their cooperation while inviting them to inform the police of such cases.
