Haziri has said Kadri along with Riza Halimi had reduced the Valley's popular demand in co-ordination with Ibrahim Rugova and official Tirana.
According to Haziri, the Valley Union with Kosovo remains the only and unstable option today, broadcasts Periscope.

Dear Professor Ibrahim Kadriu, who was host and organiser of the 1st and 2nd March 1992 Referendum, for joining the Valley with the Republic of Kosovo.
This large East Kosovo man, along with Rizah Halimi, reduced the popular demand by wisely and carefully running it, in co-ordination with historic President Ibrahim Rugova and with official Tirana.
Today, that remains the option alone and unchanged. Professor, thank you.
