The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council has reacted after Prime Minister Albin Kurti's refusal to be interviewed by the Special Prosecutor over abuses of state reserves.
In response, KPK and Z The KPH has said that the law cannot be interpreted according to the daily tastes and needs of the incumbent prime minister.
The immediate reaction was by Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, who was more impressed by technical errors in the KKP communiqué than Kurti's language was against justice institutions.
”Let's show someone KPK and KPSH, which Prime Minister Albin Kurti is not prime minister in office and that today it is March 4th and not February 4th.
The fact that they refer to him as prime minister in office speaks a lot of”, Haxhi wrote on Facebook.
