Germany's embassy in Kosovo has reacted to Kurti's failure to submit Tuesday to the Prosecutor to testify in the case of the state-owned “Reserva”.
From this embassy, they said they expect rule of law and procedures to be respected by all.
“We fully agree with statements made by other missions. We expect the rule of law to be fully respected and relevant procedures and processes respected by all”, embassy spokesman Christian Bötcher has said.
But, the first of the government last Monday, he didn't miss out on this subject. Kurt left it to the Prosecutor.
I welcome the State Prosecutor at the Office of the Prime Minister, there have been cases in the past when prosecutors, investigators have come to prime ministers, not only as witnesses, but also as defendants, so there is no reason why this is not implemented”.
So since December it has been possible to conduct this interview and give testimony on my part, if the prosecution has been of great importance to my testimony, it would come to us. A prosecutor with the main objective of witnessing, he doesn't waste time”, Kurti said.
We remember that Kurt instead of appearing in the DA's office to testify, he chose to throw some cymbal shovels in Gjilan, at the launch of nest work.
This was the fourth time he ignored the prosecution's invitation.
