The chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, has remembered the 75 downs at Celine, 68 in Forte and 54 in Brestoc on their anniversary.
He said that March 25, 1999, marks one of the most painful days of our history.
“25 March 1999 marks one of the most painful days of our history, when Milosevic's criminal regime massacred innocent children, women and elders, leaving behind lasting wounds. Today, in memory of this sacrifice, along with the head of Rahovec, Smajl Latifi, fellow fighters and colleagues, we were close to families who proudly and painfully remember the 75 fallen at Celine, 68 in Fort and 54 in Brestoc”, Haradinaj said, broadcasts Periscope.
Furthermore, the AAK leader has added that the wounds of the time are still open.
The “Plagus of that time remain open, while the memory of the victims has forced us to never forget and seek justice”, Haradinaj has indicated.
