Ardian Gjini from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo has stressed that his party is not interested in creating a ruling coalition with Vetevendosje Movement. Djind has suggested that AAK does not want to take on more burdens than it currently does and that it is not interested in playing the role of “playmaker”.
“We do not plan to defeat the government's Kurti,” he said, explaining that sufficient votes exist for the creation of a government by the opposition. “We think that a government should be created by the opposition, we don't get more burdens than we have,” has said, adding that “we're not the first, otherwise we were starting to submit bids”, Djind said in RTK, broadcasts Periscope.
Djind, among other things, has suggested that the country has been caught in a political stalemate because according to him, no one wants to take power, and perhaps this situation could lead to new elections next year.
“Ngrc is that nobody wants to be in power, maybe neither Albin Kurti, jeopardising elections in March of next year, and at the same time emerging that the four northern municipalities haven't loosened up as he is saying (Albin Kurti) or the opposition takes power and Albin Kurti says: As far as I was concerned, the municipalities were loose, and when you took it, it was recaptured, he declared.
Regarding the election results, Djind has expressed his concern about the AAK performance, stressing that they are not satisfied with the outcome of 7.06% of the vote, stressing that the outcome is much lower than they had expected. We are not satisfied with this result at all. We need to run tests and improve ourselves as much as we can,” has said Jean. He has stressed that this is an opportunity for reflection and to work harder to achieve better results in the future.
Ardian Gjini also spoke to the coalition with NISM, saying this coalition has not produced the expected effect and that this is a lesson for the future.
The “Coalation with NISM did not produce the effect we expected,” he stressed, adding that the vote collection of two or more parties is not bringing the outcome that has been expected and desired.
