In this regard, the German Embassy in Kosovo has said that the “agreements in Brussels and Ohrid remain valid and fully binding in their entirety, setting a clear framework for the dialogue process”.
On the other hand, the embassy stressed that the whole success of dialogue depends on the commitment of Kosovo and Serbia to turn agreements into tangible actions.
The “two sides have found compromise in the agreements reached. Further steps are defined in these documents and it is necessary to focus on their implementation. Both Kosovo and Serbia have publicly reaffirmed their commitment to rapid and complete implementation in 2017, as well as to the EU's growth plan.
