Osmani said he is the “a steadfast advocate of Kosovo's future in the EU and a voice that has consistently reflected our aspirations on the international scene” and that the medal was shared as gratitude by the people of Kosovo.
For this medal the German Embassy in Kosovo has congratulated Roth, who in his congratulations wrote that he has shown himself to be an expert in the region.
“Z. Roth has repeatedly proved to be an expert in the region and a loyal friend of Kosovo. His dedication has been a victim throughout his roles as an ordinary parliamentary, state minister at the Federal Foreign Ministry and chairman of the Bundestag Foreign Affairs Commission.
