“Requesting detention for grave murder in Vushtrri
Mitrovica, 24 March 2025 The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica ) the Department of Criminals has requested from the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica the detention appointment for the initial defendant B.D., due to suspicion of committing criminal acts “heavy murder” from Article 173 par.1 under the KPRK, as well as “being held in ownership, or possession of unauthorised weapons<3x> from the 366th Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The defendant B.D., dated March 23rd 2025 around 20:30 minutes on the “Gallip Badivaku” in Vushtrri, deliberately deprives the initial victim of A.Z., so that with the firearmy type, he shoots at least three times in the body, where the victim, as a result of the gunshot wounds, changes life in the Emergency Department at Vushtrri Hospital.
The defendant during the interrogation has acknowledged the commission of criminal action.
The detention appointment session for the defendant will be held at the Foundation Court in Mitrovica”, the prosecution's announcement said.
