At least 59 people died in the early hours of yesterday in Kocan, as a result of the fire explosion during a concert of over 500 participants in a nightclub. Macedonian Prime Minister Hristian Mickoski has warned criminal responsibility for all involved.
Macedonian Interior Minister Pance Toshkovski has said that according to information received, the fire has erupted as a result of the pyrotechnic tools that have been used to effect lighting at the DNA Bend concert.
The Interior Ministry, in co-ordination with the Public Prosecutor's Office, has said there are 20 suspects, 15 of whom were detained by police.
There is also a police officer among the dead.
