Flags in half the spear, northern Macedonia mourns the tragedy in Kocan, where 59 young men died

The government has declared seven days of mourning.

Macedonian Prime Minister Hristian Mickoski has warned criminal responsibility for all involved.

Macedonian Interior Minister Pance Toshkovski has said that according to information received, the fire has erupted as a result of the pyrotechnic tools that have been used to effect lighting at the DNA Bend concert.

The Interior Ministry, in co-ordination with the Public Prosecutor's Office, has said there are 20 suspects, 15 of whom were detained by police.

There is also a police officer among the dead.
