According to the trial, defendant J.S. has been found guilty of robbery in co-ordination, ownership, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons, as well as slight bodily injury in co-ordination. For that he is punished 10 years in prison and 3,000-euro fine.
M.B. has been convicted of robbery in co-ordination and slight bodily injury, with 6 years in prison and 500-euro fine.
F.G. has been convicted of aiding the robbery and sentenced to 3 years in prison and 500-euro fine.
The court has ordered that defendants J.S., U.S.R., and M.B. to continue the detention measure until the act's entry into force, but no longer than the time of the pronounced sentence, broadcasts Periscope.
Likewise, for defendants J.S. and M.B., for the criminal offence of the robbery in co-ordination, as well as for B.K. and A.B., for criminal work of providing assistance after committing criminal acts, the state prosecutor has been withdrawn from prosecution, leading to the prosecution's refusal against them.
The sides have a right to this bias within 30 days from his written admission, addressing the complaint at the Court of Appeals in Pristina through the Foundation Court in Ferizaj.
