The United Nations organisation (OKB) has said one of its workers has been killed and others injured after a complex in Gaza was damaged Wednesday, adding that the circumstances of the incident remain unclear.
Hamas's health ministry of Palestinian territory blamed an Israeli attack and said five heavily injured foreign workers had arrived at the hospital. The Israeli army denied attacking the UN complex in Deir al-Balah, the BBC reported.
This comes after Israel said it was restarting fighting in Gaza after a two-month ceasefire, launching a wave of attacks that killed more than 400 people, according to the Gaza health ministry.
On Tuesday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyah said he had “resumed fighting with full force”./Periscopi/
