Central Election Commission spokesman (KQZ) Valmir Elez said that Tuesday is expected to end the counting of votes by mail and that after that, it will continue with the counting of conditional votes and those of persons with special needs. “In the counting centre and results, counting votes from outside Kosovo is continuing, respectively. By the end of Sunday, more than half of the ballots have been counted. We believe that by Tuesday we will be able to complete the count of all ballots left by voting through post office. After that, the CEC will begin counting on conditional votes, which are part of the vote held in 56 seats. And then the number of votes from the vote of persons with special needs”, Elez said.
While he said I cannot give a specific date when this process will end and final results will be announced.
