In a video published by Dodik himself, the head of Republika Srpska, for which an arrest warrant has been issued in Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is seen as he approaches the Israeli prime minister at the moment of Netanyah's arrival, holding his hand and, seemingly uncomputed, sitting next to him.
