The electoral panel for Ances and Parashtre (PZAP) has rejected the candidate's complaint to MPs from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Petrit Hajdari, as unsubmitted.
Hajdari's polls have been described as unstable and the same have been rejected, PZAP's decision said.
According to PZAP's decision, Hajdari has not provided convincing evidence to prove his suspicion.
Panel PZAP has assessed Hajdari's claims as unstable, because they believe they have received statements of persons who allegedly voted for the MP candidate are not fair and violate the voting process and the right to hide the vote guaranteed by law.
PDK's number 51 candidate, Petrit Hajdari, had handed in three complaints to PZAP on 16 March, demanding recounting the vote.
He had complained of irregularities during the voting counting process in two countries. At the No.0316/02 polling in the Drenas municipality and the No.2066/02 poll in the Prizren municipality.
In addition to Hajdari, complaints in PZAP following the proclamation of final results had handed over the Vetevendosje Movement and Agron Kuci from the AAK.
