Former Constitutional Court Deputy Chairman Kadri Kryeziu has talked about the procedures to establish new institutions after the February 9th elections.
Kryeziu has said that under the Constitution, the first party belongs to taking the Parliament's president, and then after the mayor is elected, it is considered the constitutional Convention.
“According to the Constitution, the first party takes over the Speaker of the Parliament. When the mayor is made, he is considered a constitute”, Kryeziu said on T7 the Periscopi broadcast.
Asked about the possibility that LVV could not make Government, and if the Speaker of the Parliament did not invite the country's next session in the event the opposition proves to create a majority for the establishment of the Government, Kryeziu says it would be legal and constitutional violations.
When an MP comes to the polls, it is task to create institutions, it is anti-legal action, it violates the constitution.”, Kryeziu said.
“Constitutional and legal path is clear, performable, clarified. There are human standards and acts. To make the government, to create parliament the legal road is very clear, but if you want to build up then it's the human factor. Even governmentmaking is the human factor”, Kryeziu said.
