“After 24 decisions on the detention assignment, 22 complaints have been filed by suspects. The amendments have been examined by the three-judge panel (on the basis of Article 25 paragraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Code) of the Kocan Foundation and have ruled that complaints of 19 suspects be rejected and the detention measure remained in force, while for 3 suspects the detention measure has been replaced by home arrest, and in accordance with Article 144, Article 146 paragraph 1 3 of the Penal Procedure Code also stipulates the provision of security, provision of the provision of the document or any other state border crossing, or a ban on its Constitution to the Cocare Court.
