Coca consumption in Leposavic municipality offices, indictment against three Serbs

The indictment has been filed against the initial indictees S.S., due to criminal activity “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotropic and analogic substances”, as well as D.M., and S.M., due to suspicion of carrying out the unauthorized criminal work “possessed of narcotics, psychotropo or analog”.

According to the communiqué, during November 2023 at the site of the Leposaviqi municipality, the defendant S.S. is accused of inviting the D.M. defendant to the Leposavic municipality's office and offering the narcotics substance of cocaine and consuming it together through his nose, reports the newspaper. Also, in another case in November 2023, the defendant S.S. calls him to one of the offices of the Leposavic municipality, the defendant S.M., and offers him the narcotics substance he puts on the table and the defendant S.M., consumes it through his nose. Also, during November, the defendant S.S., at one of the city's locals without authorisation, distributed cocaine-like narcotics, so he calls him into the coffee room of the D.M. defendant and offers him the narcotic cocaine substance the D.M. defendant uses through his nose”, says the communique.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica, in the case of establishing the indictment, has demanded from the court that the three defendants plead guilty to committed criminal acts and punish them by law. /Periscope/
