Eugen Cakoli from Democracy to Action says that after counting all votes, the distribution of mandates has become clear and no changes are expected.
According to him, the Vetevendosje (LVV) Movement will receive 48 mandates, the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) 24, the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) 20, and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) 8 mandates.
Calolli stresses that conditional votes are expected to follow the same trend as fair votes and will not bring major changes.
He adds that the only possibility for a possible change in the distribution of mandates is if the LDK manages to get over 20% of the conditional votes, winning a mandate from the PDK, but that requires a visible change of train, which has so far not occurred.
