Labour Inspectorate Chief Inspector Hekuran Nikci and manager of the Human Resources Management Unit, Naim Shalaku, were brought to Pristina Foundation Court today.
The two were detained Thursday at the order of the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor for 48 hours, under suspicion of misuse of the official position.
Nikci is suspected of criminal acts “Using official position or authority”, “Cenim of rights from the work relationship” and “Unauthorized use of property”.
While Shalaku is suspected of “Using official position or authority” and “Cenim of rights from the work relationship”.
The prosecution has applied for the detention assignment of two suspects.
