The Chief called for removal of safekeeping for the villa, Supreme Court makes decision

The Supreme Court has decided to reject MP Monica Kryegri, leaving the Special Appeal ruling in effect confirming the seizure of one of its family villas in Tirana. In December of last year, the Special Court of Appeals decided to unscramble on one of [the] villas.

Monica Kryeqi, is under investigation by the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor and Organised Crime on several counts, including corruption, money laundering and non-recognition of revenues.
The charges relate to undeclared spending by the LSI for lobby in the United States. These expenses were not reported to the Central Election Commission as required by law.
Also, investigations include undeclared personal expenses for aesthetic treatments abroad. In a statement to the media, Grand admitted that he has conducted bottos type treatments, but denied having performed aesthetic surgery.
