Gashi said he feels concerned when it comes to the success issue of the CEC meetings, since, according to him, decision-making is beginning to be changed.
In the past week, we held a meeting on March 6 where we handled a paperwork on invalid balloting. At that meeting there were seven members, under the law, decision - making on similar issues should be eight members. In addition to having not been 2/3, there have been 7 members, with three members not participating in the vote at all, and three others have refrained, have neither voted nor abstained”, he said.
On the other hand, Gashi said Radoniqi has made a decision by responding to him. The PZAP's that the recommendation coming from the Secretariat has not been approved. Which is not true, on that day the CEC has not ruled and you have sent a testimony that does not stand”, Gashi told the CEC leader.
Immediately, it has been the reaction of the CEC chairman, who said the General Procedure Law recognises three possibilities -- to be voted for, against, and abstained.
“doesn't predict to be the present member saying he didn't participate in the vote. If you don't participate, you can go outside and destroy the quorum. You were witnesses, and you stayed behind. If you don't participate in the vote, you're out. In the future I will act the same”, Radonic warned members of this body.
Gashi, countering the CEC chief, said that the vote for, against or abstention is on the rise, until he returned to question the time of non-certification of the Serbian List, what he had done The PZAP ordered the CEC for their certificate.
The second “in the case of decision-making in the case of Certification or not of the Serbian List has taken place almost the same issue, where you have not had quorum, and PZAP has made a decision that the CEC has not been able to issue decision because it has not outlined the” votes, Gashi said, what followed the president's immediate reaction, Radoniqi.
I don't want you to distract my decisions. At the non-sertification of the Serbian List, there was no vote. It was voted 2 to 9”, Radoniqi said, during this debate with PDK representative there.
Albulen Hadziu's husband, Alban Krasniqi, has also intervened after this debate.
