As reported in the Bielefeld Police's announcement, the suspect has been wanted by police on arrest warrant.
“A 33-year-old man from Bielefeld, wanted by police and prosecution by arrest order, was submitted to the Bielefield Commissioner's evening of 28.02.2025, accompanied by her lawyer. The woman is brother's sister as well as arrested by the ex-boxer killed”, said their announcement.
The defendant faces four counts of attempted murder and serious bodily injury for the criminal offense. The exact role in the crime is still under investigation”, the announcement follows.
According to police, the suspect has pleaded not guilty and has already been sent to a detention centre.
The four injured are still in stable condition, German police report.
