Bedri Shaban, the spy indictee, sent letter to chief Special Prosecutor asking him to testify against former KLA leaders

Bedri Shaban, along with Muharrem Qrimim, are being charged with criminal acts “Spy”. They are accused of conveying sensitive information to Serbia's Security Intelligence Agency (BIA) for the state of Kosovo ongoing. Shaban and Qerim are accused, in addition, of gathering information for former KLA chief members and attempting to create a narrator for a Verde “House” at the KLACE Military Hospital in Molopolza Shtime, reports Insander, broadcast Periscope.

For Shaban, his lawyer, Besnik Berisha, has also said he is a witness at the Special Court. The Prosecutor's Office specialised in The Hague has commented on this.

As reported Insander In one of the materials presented in the indictment, there is also a letter that Bedri Shaban has forwarded to the chief prosecutor's office prosecutor, Kimberly West. In that letter, as the indictment describes, Shaban requires “justice” and wants to be her witness.

Shaban presents her as “Ex-secret agent of KLAça infiltrated in top institutions of the former Yugoslavia“.

“Be her witness, not a false witness, and manipulated by former Chief Prosecutor Jack Smith. We seek justice, and we hope that you and the attorneys and investigators who are in charge will bring all the criminals to justice, the magistrates, the murderers and those who helped and hid the crimes. You have our support and are willing to offer evidence and new evidence to make the truth white... Bedri Shabani former secret agent of the Kosovo Liberation Army infiltrated in Yugoslavia's highest RSF institutions”, says the letter, which the prosecution organ has provided as proof.

In another halved note, recorded in the indictment, Shaban voiced doubts that works are being carried out according to plans for crimes committed during the war.

“This statement confirms that the defendant has written letters to the chief prosecutor of the Special Court” Kimberly West, but the paperwork is halved. However, the same paperwork is found in the file taken from his house, where through it he expresses allegations of crimes committed during the KLA war, and he is concerned that things are not going according to schedules and that (Shabanhin) he is willing to cooperate with them (Presponsion of the Special Prosecutor)”, said above in the indictment.

Also, in another scripture included in the indictment, Shaban wants to be investigated more around the Nerodime Operative Zone Military Hospital in Molopolz on Shtime.

“Your Honor, Miss Chief Special Court Prosecutor, Mrs. Kimberly West. Please don't stop, investigate more about the Military Hospital of the Zone than the Nerodimes in Molopox.”, said in a footnote dated March 17th of 2024.

Bedri Shaban, until he took these actions, according to the indictment has been in constant co-ordination with senior BIA officials. He has also attempted to manufacture Narrativa for the KLA war, and has aimed at causing interethnic conflict on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo through BIA's operations.
