The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has applied to the Constitutional Court for the appointment of a 30-day detention measure against defendants with initials D.L., who is suspected of criminal acts of sexual harassment.
According to the prosecution, there is suspicion based that the defendant on March 26th 2025, at the Low-Blowing primary school “M. K.” in Gjakova has sexually molested a minor, engaging in unwanted sexual - nature verbal behavior, reports the Justice Vow. Periscope.
His actions have allegedly violated the dignity of the damaged and have created a frightening, degrading, and degrading environment.
