Bajrami has said that for two years, the ruling party has lied to citizens, saying that if the LDK, through the Constitutional Court, has banned the government from taking measures against price hikes.
But she says the truth is quite different, as she has distributed a statement by the former Constitutional Speaker on the matter.

Listen to the former head of the Constitutional Court as to what the Constitutional Court's decision on Law No. 08/ L-179 for Co-ordination Measures of Foundation Products at Special Trade Destabilisation Case. So, the state has the potential through independent institutions to intervene to prevent price hikes, but it is unconstitutional for the prime minister to assume this competence. So, this Government has never had the will to prevent rising prices since it has only demanded imaginary guilty to cover its own failures, Bajrami wrote.
