The 60-year-old from Schtrepca Fire, who worked as customs officer in Milosevic's regime, is being accused by the Kosovo Special Prosecutor of collaborating with Serbia's Intelligence and Security Service, known as BIA, until the moment of arrest, on June 5th 2023.
“James Bond”, as he had named himself Shaban, was acquitted over spying charges at the March 17th session, reports Kix Kosova.
According to the 55-page indictment, which Kiks Kosova has provided, Bedri Shaban has had regular communications and meetings with Srdjan Rosijh, BIA's chief for Pancevo, Serbia, and Bogobub Jancheviqi, former regional police commander in the Ferizaj region before the last war and leader of the Recak massacre operation.
The specialist is accusing Shabani of giving the Serbian BIA official the names of the names of doctors' names, surgeons, anesthesiologists who have worked at the improvised Kosovo Liberation Army hospital in Mollopowl on Development, and has demanded that these names and information be sent to the Special Prosecutor at The Hague.
In Shaban's file, he is said to have processed photographs and sketches that Rosick has sent to him, trying to prove that “human organ transplants could have been made.
