In announcement that ATK's activities, in effect, will focus precisely on persons who do not declare the revenues realised and do not pay pensions and pension contributions.
“All persons who generate revenue in Kosovo and outside Kosovo from their activity as “freelance”, “influencer” “out-source” etc., are obliged to declare and pay taxes according to the rules on the tax object based on Kosovo tax legislation in power”.
