ATK: 184.3m euros of taxes collected in the first two months of 2025

The Kosovo Tax Administration said it has collected 184.3m euros in taxes for the January-February 2025 period.
Last year's “was an extraordinary year for ATK, in terms of implementing targets, but also estimates by international institutions. In 2024 record revenues have been collected, exceeding expectations and confirming the ATK management and staff commitment to an efficient, fair and transparent tax system”, ATK said.
Meanwhile, tax collection for these two months, ATK said they view it as “tension of sustainable tax revenues for this year”.
“Statistical data for the first two months of 2025 shows that these inflows promise the realisation of the planned projection. There is a total of 184.3m euros of taxes collected for these two months alone, which, compared to January 2024, are 7.2 % more, or 12.3m euros”.
ATK said that in the following months “will probably continue with intensifying the commitment to facilitate voluntary meeting of taxes, boost supervision and improve the institution's” mechanisms.
Similarly, the administration said it would continue with implementing new projects and reforms aimed at increasing tax discipline and improving the environment of doing business.
