Three arrested for the four-shot incident at the Fushe Kruje Penitentiary, the police detail.

Three people have ended up in handcuffs about the accident with four victims just before midnight on the road axis <x0...Vorre Fushe Kruje”.

Tirana police have detailed the afternoon, explaining that arrested are the concrete director on whom the victims were driven, a relative of him for obstructing truth detection, and concrete company manager Danjel Koja, while being declared the manager of this firm Saimir Hoxha, reports A2. CNN.

Following the preliminary information given this morning, for the Fushe Preje accident, we suggest that the ongoing investigative and procedural actions conducted in the running of the Prosecution, Tirana Road Police Commissioner specialists arrested citizens:

- A. K., 24, lead concrete vehicle, for criminal acts “In violation of road rules”, “Autodirection of the vehicle incorrectly” and “Leave the crash site”. On the 1903.2025, about 23:50, in the road segment”Vor Fash Kruje”, the type car “Mercedes Benz” with director E. L., 25, (equipped with direction permits), which allegedly moved rapidly beyond the allowed standards, has hit after concrete with director citizen A. K. (without permission for this category of tools), which had stopped in the barracks but had not turned on the lock. By the shock, this type “Mercedes Benz” was involved in the flames and thus lost the driver's life and three passengers. After the accident, the concrete director has left the scene;

- V. K., 25, a relative of the 24-year-old, for criminal acts “supporting crime author” and “Vestions that prevent the discovery of truth”, after allegedly leaving the accident site, 24-year-old;

- D. K., 34, tasked with manager of the firm for concrete production, in which citizen A was employed. K., for criminal acts “Breaking traffic rules”, “Entering the defence rules at work”, “Illegal operation” and “Saving revenue”. From the ongoing verifications, it has resulted that the manager had not taken steps for concrete equipment, with the documentation needed for circulation, and had hired the concrete director, without having access to this category of tools.

- Likewise, the manager of this firm, citizen S. H., 27. Worked for his capture.
