The Prime Minister's office said Russia set him up. Let's not think about it, but let's just leave it that way.
The essence is that everything Kosovo Prime Minister has spoken goes to the Russian Federation for fun. For example, a Prime Minister who speaks contemptuously of the United States, a prime minister who speaks of the sexual orientation of top diplomats, a prime minister who calls his country's opposition parties pro-Russians and parts of the hybrid war, a prime minister who insults his country's media and, in the end, a prime minister who speaks as a street rather than a statesman.
